FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Why do you review the eight most common secondaries?

Because a lot of schools recycle the same prompts. Doing those eight well gets you much farther than it looks on paper.

Plenty of companies will say they are reviewing 10, 15, or 20 schools. What that usually means is they rush each one. To get the same depth you would be paying for a lot more hours.

We stay on the essays that actually show up over and over, so you get the most overall value. If you want every school on your list, the unlimited secondaries add-on covers up to 25 schools.

What does “everything you need until you get in” actually cover?

The application itself: modules, unlimited personal statement and activities reviews, the eight most common secondaries, your school list, mock interviews, waitlist guidance, and email support. We stay with you through the cycle. It does not include the MCAT course.

Is this the same as Ultimate Advising?

No. Ultimate Advising is the full premed package, including the TPC MCAT Program. This page is admissions only, for people who already have an MCAT they can apply with.

Can I add unlimited secondaries?

Yes. The core program is built around the eight most common prompts. Unlimited secondaries is an optional add-on, $3,000 for up to 25 schools, if you want every school on your list reviewed at the same depth.

What if I only need a few hours?

If you just want help on one piece of the application, à la carte is the better fit. Buy 1, 5, 20, or 40 hours for personal statement, secondaries, activities, or interviews, without joining the full program.

Does this include MCAT classes or UWorld?

No. If you still need MCAT, look at the TPC MCAT Program or Ultimate Advising.

Who works on my application?

You work with one of our top admissions experts, plus the rest of the TPC team. Our advisors have read files and interviewed applicants at schools like Pitt, NYU, and Mount Sinai.

When should I start?

As soon as you know you are applying this cycle. School list and personal statement take time if you want them done well. If secondaries are already open, we start there.
