I am a practicing cardiology PA-C who is dedicated to guiding aspiring pre-PA students on their journey to becoming healthcare professionals. I completed my training at Hofstra University which equipped me with a strong foundation in the field. During my undergraduate years at Binghamton University, I developed a strong passion for mentoring students, which later fueled my drive to create this program for pre-PAs. During my time running this program, I have had the privilege of helping numerous pre-PA students gain acceptance into their dream PA schools, including prestigious institutions like Duke, Yale, Stony Brook, Michigan State and Drexel to name a few. Recognizing the importance of mentorship, I have established an exceptional team of PA-S’ and PA-Cs.
As a practicing PA, I bring real-world experience and insights to my mentoring role. I am committed to sharing my knowledge, providing personalized advice, and instilling the skills necessary for success in the healthcare field. I am excited to connect with aspiring pre-PAs, offering mentorship that empowers them to reach their goals.
My name is Nicole Lerebours, I am a first-generation American born in Queens, New York and raised in South Florida where I have been exposed to both extremes of affluence and poverty. My personal experiences in such contrasting environments have played a key role in my desire to recognize, study, and correct inequities in the field of medicine. After graduating with a Bachelor of Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, I found myself returning to my roots as a PA student at CUNY York College in Queens, NY.
As a first-generation college student, I learned to navigate higher education through trial and error; I have a deep understanding of the barriers and difficulties students face as they pursue their passion and strive to expand their knowledge. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to guide individuals along this challenging, but rewarding, journey toward becoming a Physician Assistant!
